Kate Jolly graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2010, possessing qualifications in both dental hygiene and dental therapy.
Kate enjoys the challenge of treating periodontal disease and making an impact on improving a person’s oral health. She also loves to work with children modifying their home oral hygiene practices and aiding parents in the management of their child’s health, preventative and restorative needs. Preventative measures may include fissure sealants, fluoride application, dietary counselling, smoking cessation, removal of plaque retentive factors, and oral hygiene instruction; all as deemed necessary.
Kate believes in a strong preventative focus and is strongly committed to fostering positive attitudes towards oral health. Part of her role is to educate and motivate people to maintain good oral hygiene, as an individual’s oral health contributes to their overall health. |
